Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Manager to lead daily F&B operations across restaurant, banquets, and room service. You will mentor the team, drive exceptional guest experiences, and work with the leadership to meet revenue and quality goals.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in restaurant management, a strong grasp of inventory, cost controls, and menu development, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and community partners.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations– Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience across the restaurant, banquets, and room service.
• Mentor & Develop the Team– Cultivate a positive work culture, inspire excellence, and provide ongoing training and growth opportunities for staff.
• Drive Guest Experience– Maintain service standards that exceed expectations, creating memorable moments for every guest.
• Financial & P&L Management– Support the Restaurant General Manager in budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue goals.
• Community Engagement– Partner with local farmers, vendors, and businesses to source high-quality, sustainable ingredients and build meaningful community relationships.
• Problem-Solving & Communication– Proactively address challenges and maintain clear, effective communication across all teams.
