Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Director to lead our boutique hotel dining experiences with energetic leadership and a guest-focused mindset. This role oversees all F&B operations, ensuring profitability and exemplary service across multiple concepts within our growing portfolio.

Join IRHG in a hands-on leadership capacity, mentor the F&B team, and drive a culture of excellence across 30+ locations.

Qualifications

4+ years' of successful restaurant management experience.
Strong problem resolution skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills.
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Hands-on leadership from check-in to food service and daily operations oversight.
Oversee food and beverage across hotel space to ensure maximum profits and guest experiences.
Maintain the highest standard of service and quality including production, equipment use, banquet, room/service, and purchasing.
Lead, mentor, and train the F&B operations team.
Implement and monitor ordering and receiving programs for proper quantities and prices.
Act as an ambassador for IRHG and support service culture across outlets.
Provide unique guest services to create memorable experiences and retention.
