Job summary

Scenic Hills Country Club in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant, bar, banquet and event services. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, budgets and partnerships to deliver memorable experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations and leadership.
• Staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluation of F&B and clubhouse staff.
• Budgets, inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for restaurant, bar, banquet, and events.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, hospitality, and guest service.
• Develop operating budgets, monitor financial performance, control labor and food costs, and achieve revenue goals.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, menu pricing, and product availability.
• Coordinate weddings, golf tournaments, banquets, member functions, corporate meetings, and other events.
• Collaborate with golf and course teams to ensure a consistent club experience.
• Build relationships with members and guests; respond to concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop promotions, dining programs, and events to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, liquor-licensing, employment, health, and workplace-safety requirements.
• Maintain the clubhouse, restaurant, kitchen, bar, and event areas in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
• Provide regular operational and financial reports to ownership and recommend improvements.
• Lead by example with accountability, teamwork, and Southern hospitality.
