The Fountains Country Club in Florida is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the club's dining, banquet, and pool service operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate events, and ensure presentation and service standards, with growth potential across Concert Golf's network.

A hands-on leadership style and banquet experience are essential. You will train staff, uphold safety and health standards, and collaborate with management to drive daily operations forward in a fast-paced private

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant, hotel, or related field.
• Proven track record in successfully assisting banquet functions and events.
• Food safety and alcohol beverage certification.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must effectively hire, train, and discipline employees.

Responsabilités

• Greet members, guests, and employees in a warm, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming; wear proper uniform and nametag.
• Assist Management with hiring qualified staff.
• Ensure compliance with Club standards, policies, and regulations.
• Supervise staff during events and coordinate staffing requirements.
• Oversee banquet events and room setup per event orders.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with laws and Club policies.
• Process billing information using a POS system with accuracy.
