Responsibilities

Set among rolling hills and pine-lined fairways, the Club features an 18-hole championship golf course, a modern clubhouse, restaurant and lounge, banquet and meeting facilities, an outdoor event pavilion, and golf and social membership programs. Today, the Club welcomes members, local residents, golfers, families, businesses, and visitors through a combination of golf, dining, weddings, tournaments, meetings, and community events. The Club's food and beverage operation serves several important areas of the business, including daily restaurant and bar service, member functions, golf outings, banquets, weddings, corporate meetings, and special events. Scenic Hills offers both casual and upscale dining experiences in an attractive clubhouse overlooking the golf course.

The Opportunity

Scenic Hills Country Club is seeking an experienced, hands-on hospitality professional to serve as Food & Beverage Manager. This is a leadership position for someone who can oversee the Club's overall daily operations while taking direct responsibility for strengthening its restaurant, bar, banquet, and event services.

The successful candidate should bring experience in food and beverage operations, staff recruitment and training, budgeting, inventory and cost control, event execution, vendor management, regulatory compliance, marketing support, and member or guest relations. Experience growing restaurant, banquet, wedding, tournament, and special-event revenue will be especially valuable.
