Job summary

The Club at Pasadera, part of Concert Golf Partners, seeks a Food & Beverage Director to oversee daily operations across member dining, events, banquet and catering. The role emphasizes staff leadership, cost control, and delivering exceptional service in a hands-on environment.

You will recruit, train, and supervise the team, develop budgets, monitor sanitation and safety standards, and partner with the corporate team to drive promotions and profitability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Club/Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Payroll cost controls and Club POS systems experience (Northstar or similar).
• Food safety and alcoholic beverage certification required.
• Ability to lead, train, motivate, and manage staff with diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and high internal standards of service.
• Ability to hire, train, motivate, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Ability to interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations and ensure high standards of service and quality.
• Interview, hire, train, and define staff roles; maintain high morale.
• Coach, counsel, motivate, discipline, and monitor performance; termination when needed.
• Oversee scheduling and control labor costs within budget.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in operations; not an office role.
• Audit biweekly payroll and oversee promotional activities for events.
• Develop budgets and strategic actions with senior leadership.
• Monitor sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance across outlets.
• Utilize forecasting and cost reports to maximize profit margins.
