Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across the Club’s dining venues, Beach Club, and Golf Club, delivering exceptional member and guest experiences.

The role partners with culinary, service, catering, and other departments to maintain high standards, manage labor and beverage costs, and ensure accurate daily reports and timely communications with leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in food & beverage and two years supervising staff.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to be on-call when needed.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Good knowledge of cocktail and wine service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily dining room operations and guest experience.
• Lead and develop service team members.
• Monitor labor and beverage costs and reports.
• Coordinate with Beach Club, Golf Club, and catering functions.
• Ensure compliance with club policies and service standards.
