Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 3+ years hospitality management experience in a Club or upscale/fine dining restaurant.
• Food Safety Certification.
• Alcoholic Beverage Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in both restaurant and banquets.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop staff; manage overtime and labor costs.
• Ensure SOPs for revenue, cost controls, and safety are followed.
• Maintain reservations, vendor relations, and inventories.
