Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks a Duo PM Assistant Manager to lead the Lobby Lounge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to luxury standards.

You will train and motivate the team, manage daily activities, and handle guest concerns while reporting to the Duo Manager in the Food & Beverage division.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years supervisory experience in F&B, solid knowledge of service, costs, and compliance, and a commitment to aloha hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service and cost control.
• Ability to manage labor, merchandising, and accounting basics.
• Proficiency with computer systems used in F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct daily outlet operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, evaluate, and coach staff while upholding culture and standards.
• Oversee wine and beverage knowledge, quality, and service in an upscale setting.
