Four Seasons Maui invites an experienced hospitality leader to join as Lobby Lounge & Komo Manager. You will select, train, evaluate, lead and coach staff to uphold our luxury standards, and oversee the Resorts Beverage program across all service moments from breakfast to dinner.

You will bring at least two years of department management experience in Food & Beverage, strong knowledge of service quality, cost and labor controls, and the ability to recruit and mentor a motivated team.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a department manager role in Food & Beverage.
• Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Ability to recruit, train, lead and mentor a highly motivated team of professional employees.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Must be able to obtain food handling and/or alcohol serving certifications as required by local/state agencies.
• ServeSafe Certification; Maui County Liquor card.

Responsabilités

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees to ensure standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation; lead the Resorts Beverage program.
• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Describe and ensure quality of all Food & Beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods; provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegant setting.
