Qualifications

• 3 years of professional sales experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales.
• Background in Finance & Accounting is highly preferred.
• Experience with digital tools and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects in need of workforce services & solutions.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person.
• Foster strategic partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Execute activities to generate results (cold calls, meetings).
• Generate gross profit through personal production and meet revenue targets.
• Negotiate pay and bill rates for optimal solutions.
• Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates.
• Diagnose workforce gaps and advise clients accordingly.
• Coach and retain talent remotely or on-site.
• Offer innovative workforce solutions to clients and talent.
