America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage personnel and inventory, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

You will lead opticians and sales associates, forecast staffing, monitor promotions, and coordinate with the General Manager and Corporate Office to maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

Competenze

• Optical sales experience; supervising experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build Associate relationships.
• Strong communication skills for effective management of teams.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills for planning work and monitoring progress toward goals.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.

Mansioni

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (e.g. review P&L).
• Oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Ensure quality standards and review remakes.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office; provide store reporting.
• Manage promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising; ensure staff awareness.
• Supervise Opticians and Sales Associates; ensure day-to-day functions are completed on time.
• Assist with forecasting staffing needs, recruiting, and retaining staff.
