National Vision is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee daily store operations in the optical department, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, coordinate with management, and help implement promotions and merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience and supervising experience required.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and build relationships with staff.
• Solid understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for team management.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and monitoring progress toward goals.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and metrics.
• Proven problem-solving abilities across varied scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals (review the P&L).
• Oversee the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure the team does the same.
• Review remakes and enforce quality standards and policies.
