Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package.
• Effective verbal and written communication to document client interactions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine the reason for the patient visit and provide eyewear recommendations.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements and prescriptions.
• Recommend lenses, coatings, and frames to meet needs and features.
• Take measurements, dispense eyewear, and provide adjustments.
• Ensure accurate pricing and delivery quotes to patients.
• Document patient communications in the practice software and assist with insurance billing.
