Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year experience as an optician preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA requirements preferred.
• Proficient with PC skills (MS Office, Windows).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; customer service oriented.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories suiting prescription, lifestyle, and style.
• Take and verify measurements; ensure proper frame fit and lens dispensing.
• Explain products, warranties, and pricing; provide exceptional patient service.
• Handle patient calls, update on order status, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and stay current on product knowledge.
