Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring an Eyewear Consultant to support doctors and teams in delivering personalized eyecare to patients. No optical experience needed—we provide training and tools to learn the industry and deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

Weekend and evening shifts are required, and compensation includes potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits. You will report to the Office General Manager and help our patients see, look, and be their best in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about industry, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and advising patient needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Meet office goals through a positive patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Learn to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company tools.
