Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide personalized eyecare by supporting our network of doctors and teams, helping patients see, look, and be their best. Training will be provided for those without optical experience.

The role reports to the Office General Manager and may require some weekend and evening shifts. You will collaborate closely to ensure a seamless patient experience across eyewear selection, insurance explanations, and in-office duties.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and understand their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using knowledge of products and options.
• Support sales goals by delivering a positive patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Assist with fitting, measuring, and adjusting eyewear.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist to serve patients effectively.
• Work with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.
