Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare and support a trusted network of doctors and teams. Training and tools are provided for those new to optics, with some weekend/evening shifts required.

You will help patients select frames and lenses, explain benefits, and contribute to a best-in-class patient experience while supporting the office to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role is preferred but not required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with proactive problem-solving.
• Willing to learn about industry, product and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Friendly, caring, patient-centric attitude in fast-paced teams.
• Team-oriented collaboration to ensure best patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Help achieve sales plans and office goals through patient relationships.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Learn to fit, measure, and adjust glasses with provided training.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Model MyEyeDr. values and brand in all interactions.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
