You will help customers select frames, apply prescriptions, and coordinate lens solutions, while maintaining store standards and contributing to a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computing.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
