Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for a part-time role in our local store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with frame and lens selections, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

In this position you will use basic POS systems, process transactions, and collaborate with the optician team to ensure accurate measurements and fitting. Prior retail experience is valued, with opportunities for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend frames and lens options and assists in the selection process.
• Assists patients in frame selection and coordinates measurements with optical staff.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with the Optician as needed.
• Maintains an inviting store environment and supports team with collaborative efforts.
