Job summary

Luxottica's LensCrafters brand in Evansville is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding eyewear experiences. You will drive sales, assist customers in frame and lens selections, and coordinate measurements with the Optician to ensure perfect vision solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in retail or customer service, and comfort with POS systems. You will maintain store presentation and support an inclusive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology with high accuracy.
• Ability to sell with accountability for sales results and meeting goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivator capable of multi-tasking in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain displays and inventory.
• Maintain an attractive, organized store appearance and displays.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
