Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Evansville to deliver an exceptional eyewear experience. You will help customers choose frames, interpret prescriptions, and coordinate measurements with the Optician.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, maintaining store standards, and fostering an inclusive environment for customers and colleagues. Prior retail or customer service experience is valued, with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy.
• Ability to meet sales goals and be accountable for results.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing relationships and acquiring new customers.
• Utilize prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements for the vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with staff and partners.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
