Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences. You will assist customers, help them select frames, and take precise measurements to match prescriptions with the right products.

The role emphasizes selling through service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining an inviting store atmosphere. Prior retail or customer service exposure is preferred, with strong communication and tech-savvy skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic computing skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in selecting frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements.
• Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with the Optician as needed.
• Participates in maintaining a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff and doctors.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
