Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in eyewear and eye care. You will guide customers through frame and lens choices, take precise measurements, and collaborate with the Optician to ensure the best vision solutions for every patient.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, utilizing POS systems, and maintaining a welcoming store ambiance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators; basic phone and math skills.
• Ability to embrace new technology with accuracy.
• Strong sales orientation and accountability for meeting goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by nurturing existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in choosing frames and coordinate with measurements for the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Foster a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
• Maintain store appearance, displays and inventory in a neat, attractive, organized manner.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
