Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store. You will help patients select frames, recommend lenses and coatings, and ensure accurate measurements with the Optician collaboration.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers. You will contribute to a welcoming store environment, support team communications, and maintain organized displays while upholding the company’s high standards in

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators
• Embrace new technology with high accuracy
• Ability to meet sales goals and use sales skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing relationships and building new ones
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with optics team
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster relationships with peers and staff
• Maintain neat, attractive displays and organized inventory
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
