LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in eyewear. You will leverage prescription knowledge to recommend lenses and coatings, assist customers in selecting frames, and ensure accurate measurements for a great fit.

As part of a busy retail team, you will aim to meet sales goals, maintain store presentation, and foster an inclusive, high-service environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math/tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets by building relationships with customers.
• Use prescription details to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Help customers select frames and measure for the right fit.
