Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plan and company objectives by nurturing existing and new customer relationships.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintain neat, attractive, and organized displays and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
