LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding eye care and eyewear experience. You will guide customers through frame choices, use prescriptions to suggest lenses, and ensure every visit meets LensCrafters’ high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Ability to sell through strong sales skills and goal focus.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by nurturing existing customers and acquiring new ones.
• Recommend lenses and coatings using an optical prescription.
• Assist customers in selecting frames; align frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools; consult with Optician.
• Maintain an inviting store environment and organized displays.
• Support inclusive culture and respectful interactions.
