Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate to provide exceptional eye-care experiences. You will guide customers in frame choices, explain lens options, and coordinate measurements with our optical team.

As part of Luxottica, you will contribute to a high-energy store environment while meeting sales targets and delivering quality customer service. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year(s) experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic computer/calculator skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Foster a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory organized and appealing.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to promote an inclusive culture.
