Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences. You will cultivate relationships, recommend frame and lens solutions, and perform precise measurements alongside our Opticians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in frame selection and coordinates measurements.
• Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Maintains a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
