LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye-care experiences in-store. You will help customers select frames, explain lens options, and use POS systems to complete purchases in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer-service backgrounds, strong communication skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. This role includes opportunities for incentives and employee discounts, with a focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators.
• Willingness to learn new technology and adapt with accuracy.
• Strong selling skills and ability to meet sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver sales plans and meet company objectives by cultivating customer relationships.
• Utilize prescription information to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with optical staff.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and organize displays and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
