Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales for eyewear and lenses. You will help customers select frames, take measurements, and coordinate with the Optician to ensure perfect vision solutions.

The role requires strong communication, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior POS experience is a plus, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy and adaptability.
• Ability to meet sales goals with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Uses optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintain store appearance, displays, and inventory.
