LensCrafters in the United States seeks a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear shopping experiences and meet store goals. You will help customers select frames, interpret prescriptions, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, high service standards, and accurate use of POS systems.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and lens coatings.
Assists patients in frame selection and coordinates frames with measurements.
Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
Contributes to a positive store environment and maintains displays and inventory.
Supports inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
