Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service for eyewear and eye care. You will help customers select frames, measure accurately, and coordinate with the Optician to ensure the best vision solution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Strong communication and adaptability.
• Ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and organize displays/inventory.
• Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
