Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators
• Embrace new technology & change with high level of accuracy
• Ability to sell through sales skills and accountability for sales results
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivator with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements to find the best solution.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with staff and partners.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and well-organized.
