Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences for every patient and customer. You will use your sales skills to guide frame selections, apply prescriptions, and coordinate measurements with precision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists customers in frame selection and coordinates with measurements to provide vision solutions.
• Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with the Optician as needed.
• Contributes to a positive store environment and builds professional relationships with peers and staff.
