Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer experiences in eyewear retail. You will apply prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings, help customers pick frames, and ensure measurements are completed accurately.

You will join a team focused on achieving sales goals, maintaining displays, and fostering professional relationships with staff and doctors in a fast-paced optical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic tech skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customers and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and strong working relationships with colleagues, doctors and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
