Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Sales Associate to ensure the best customer experience in-store. You will drive sales, use optical prescriptions to guide lens choices, and help customers select frames with precise measurements.

You’ll collaborate with opticians and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a knack for adapting to new technology while meeting goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by nurturing existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintain store displays, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
