MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to help patients see, look, and be their best. No optical experience?

Training and tools are provided to learn about frames, lenses, insurance, and a high-quality patient experience. This role reports to the Office General Manager and includes occasional evenings and weekend shifts. You will assist customers with frame and lens selection, explain insurance benefits, and support the team to hit sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required).
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to sell with a desire to meet office goals with a “can do” attitude.
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who is willing to collaborate to provide the best patient experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection process by educating patients on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through a patient-centric experience.
• Provide patients with comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from our wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to provide seamless patient experience.
