Job summary

MyEyeDr. is looking for an Eyewear Consultant to help patients see and look their best. You will support doctors and teams, delivering a high-quality patient experience with a focus on sales and service in a fast-paced environment.

No optical experience? Training will be provided to learn about eyewear and insurance benefits, enabling you to guide patients to the right frames and lenses while contributing to office goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position preferred.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to sell with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame selection and educate on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales and office goals through a positive patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from our eyewear options.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist to support lens/frame choices.
• Work with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent MyEyeDr. values and brand in all patient interactions.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
