Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare and a best-in-class experience. You will learn industry specifics with provided training and support from doctors and a knowledgeable team.

Weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of daily operations. You will help patients choose frames and lenses, explain insurance benefits, and contribute to a patient-centric office culture focused on trust and quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related position (retail, hospitality, or optical field preferred).
• Proactive problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to learn about industry, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Consistently meet sales plans and office goals by building relationships and trust with patients.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients in a comprehensive, clear manner.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide selection of eyewear.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
