Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package.

• Effective written communication to document customer situations and prepare letters.
• Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.

• Ability to work in virtual/onsite hybrid environments if required.

• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Assist other retail associates with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Record measurements, adjust or fit eyewear carefully and accurately.
• Inform Office Manager of any office problems noted by staff, doctors, or patients.
• Perform all tasks assigned by Office Manager.
