Job summary

Optical Outlets in Florida is seeking an Optician to assist patients while supporting the Doctor and Office Manager. You will greet customers, explain the process, and help with frame and lens selections to fit vision, lifestyle, and budget.

You will dispense eyewear, measure and adjust frames, and handle transactions. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are required; Florida license preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package.
• Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication to prioritize tasks and answer inquiries.
• Effective written communication to document customer situations.
