Job summary

LensCrafters in Florida is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will help customers select frames, recommend lenses and coatings, and conduct measurements with optical tools.

You will drive sales by building relationships, use the POS system, maintain attractive displays, and collaborate with the Optician and store team to ensure accuracy and great service. High school diploma and 1+ year retail or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Ability to learn new technology with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales through cultivating existing customer relationships and new ones.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain store displays and inventory, foster a respectful store environment.
• Collaborate with team to provide a high quality customer experience.
