• Manage customer transactions at point of sale.
• Serve as a center of excellence for patient satisfaction from first interaction.
• Advise on frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Support other retail staff with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Record measurements, adjust or fit eyewear accurately.
• Inform Office Manager of office issues noted by staff, doctors, or patients.
• Perform tasks assigned by Office Manager.
