Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks an Account Executive in the San Diego area to manage existing accounts and drive sales of branded Essilor products. You will nurture loyalty, deliver service excellence, and expand the customer base while coordinating with district management to hit sales goals.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with ECPs, applying brand strategies, and leveraging tools like SFDC and analytics to optimize territory performance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Customer service orientation required or preferred.
• Must be able to travel overnight approximately 50%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Specialists to drive Essilor branded growth and training opportunities.
• Developing existing account base and gaining new accounts via territory prospecting.
• Review cycle plans, market conditions, KPI expectations, and plan territory sales strategy.
• Collaborate with lab personnel to understand account opportunities and adjust plans.
• Use Brand Sales strategy to build trusted ECPS partnerships and grow branded product sales.
• Position Essilor premium products to meet customer needs and program services.
• Utilize SFDC and analytics tools to manage territory accounts.
• Apply consultative selling to drive immediate sales and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct effective account seminars for various audience sizes.
• Proactively address customer needs and issues to strengthen relationships.
