National Vision is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager for America’s Best in Bucks County, PA. This role oversees daily store operations, manages staff, and drives sales and customer satisfaction in the eyeglass department.

The position emphasizes leadership, scheduling, reporting, and ensuring policy compliance while maintaining a high standard of service and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and success standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication for team management.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and performance data.
• Proven problem-solving skills across varied scope.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
• Optimize eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and motivate associates.
• Review quality standards, remakes, and enforce policies.
• Report store performance to Management andCorporate.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising and visual merchandising.
• Supervise Opticians and CL Sales; support staffing needs.
• Assist with forecasting, recruiting and retention of staff.
• Motivate the team to exceed performance standards.
