Luxottica's LensCrafters division seeks an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, ensuring high-quality optometric care for patients and customers.

The role focuses on greeting customers, explaining tests and products, supporting the Optometrist, processing orders and payments, and upholding HIPAA compliance while contributing to store performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to describe product features and benefits.
• Experience handling point-of-sale transactions and basic math.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends related to eyewear.
• Ability to work with patients and customers in a retail/clinical setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and answer questions.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to customers.
• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy.
• Assist Optometrist and staff in patient flow and guidance.
• Operate POS system and process payments securely.
• Maintain store appearance and handle inventory.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records.
