Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure top-quality optometric care in-store. You will greet customers, explain tests and services, and coordinate with the optometrist and retail team to meet patient needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service and math skills, and familiarity with cash registers and computers. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate and strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and cash handling experience.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 30 seconds.
• Promptly answer the telephone (3 rings).
• Explain all required paperwork, tests, products and services
• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy; coordinate with Optician/Doctor as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Process contact lens orders and shipments; submit invoices.
• Operate POS system with accurate payments and security procedures.
• Inform customers about One Hour processing and delivery times.
• Keep store visually present and maintain a safe environment.
