Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering a best-in-class eyewear experience. You will learn about industry products and services, assist patients with frame and lens choices, and help them understand insurance benefits while contributing to sales goals.

No optical experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. Weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of a dynamic, patient-focused team at MyEyeDr. in the Lansdale area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role is preferred (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field).
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Proactive problem-solving and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Deliver sales plans and office goals by cultivating a positive patient experience built on trust and relationships.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using provided training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent MyEyeDr.'s values and brand philosophy with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
